We are, UD. Delishgold is an MSME company that operates in the field of food production and buying and selling, as well as food safety consulting services.  Currently we have just started our business by producing chili powder which has 7 variants. Our company was founded by Fauzi Achmadi, STP., MP.,  a food expert who graduated from the Master's Degree in Professional Food Technology at IPB University, Bogor.  His experience and relationships in the food sector are sufficient to establish this company. Since graduating from the Department of Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Technology IPB in 1998, he immediately worked at PT. Nippon Indosari Corporation Cikarang, producer of Sari Roti with the positions of QC Field (1998-1999), QC Coordinator (1999-2000), Project Coordinator (2000-2001), and Product Development Specialist (2001-2002).  Furthermore, in 2002 he was accepted as a State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Indonesian Food and Drug Administration (Badan POM RI) Jakarta, as a Food Safety Extension Worker at the Directorate of Food Safety Surveillance and Extension. During his time at the Indonesian FDA, he gained a lot of knowledge and experience in the field of food safety, including developing modules for Food Safety Extension Training (PKP) and District Food Inspector (DFI) Training on a national scale, developing presentation materials (power points) used as a media in PKP and DFI training on a national scale and regional scale throughout Indonesia, as a resource person in PKP and DFI training at provincial and city district levels in dozens of provinces and districts/cities throughout Indonesia, as a food safety auditor in order to fulfill the certification requirements for distribution permits for household industrial food products (SPPIRT) in dozens of Home Food Industries (IRTP) including IRTP crackers, IRTP fruit chips, IRTP passion fruit syrup, IRTP pempek, IRTP kemplang crackers, IRTP dodol fruit salak, IRTP jenang sticky rice, IRTP bakpia, IRTP tofu, IRTP tempeh, IRTP spice powder, IRTP sanjay chips, IRTP rendang, IRTP ground coffee, IRTP nata de coco drink, IRTP candy, IRTP tauco, IRTP candied nutmeg, IRTP taro chips, IRTP bagea, IRTP goyang peanuts, IRTP ampyang nuts, IRTP sago flour, IRTP chili sauce, IRTP bakery, IRTP banana chips, IRTP jackfruit chips, IRTP rambak crackers, IRTP chicken skin chips, IRTP basreng, IRTP slondok, and others. Apart from that, he is also involved in developing regional specific IRTP food products such as Palembang pempek, Bengkulu amplang crackers, Bengkulu ground coffee, Sukabumi taucho, Yogya bakpia, Semarang torakur (date flavored tomatoes), Semarang tofu meatballs, Malino Makassar passion fruit syrup, Palu fried onions and others.

 

Apart from that, he also developed training materials for Instructors and Auditors on the Food Safety Star Award (PBKP) for the Processed Food Industry, for the Ready-to-Eat Food Industry, for the Fresh Food Industry, and for School Canteens which are used throughout Indonesia. He also attended PBKP Instructor and Auditor training for the Processed Food Industry, Ready-to-Eat Food Industry and Fresh Food.  As a PBKP Instructor and Auditor, he has been assigned dozens of times as an instructor in PBKP training for BPOM employees in provinces throughout Indonesia.  He has also been registered as a PBKP auditor until he reached the position of lead auditor.  Several large companies recorded as auditees that he visited include PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Medan, PT. Sambu Guntung Island (KARA coconut milk producer) Riau, PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods (Biscuit, Wafer & Chocolate manufacturer) in Medan, PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry, Bandung (manufacturer of sterile milk products, health drink products using UHT (Ultra High Temperature) technology and aseptic packaging,  PT. Sinar Sosro Tambun Bekasi (Sosro bottled tea producer), PT. Gunung Subur Sejahtera, Solo (tea producer and coffee), PT. Phoenix Food, Lombok NTB (manufacturer of souvenir products typical of Lombok Island which uses natural ingredients which are the result of local cultivation, such as seaweed, nuts and cashews), PT Tirta Sukses Perkasa, Pandaan Pasuruan (Club AMDK producer), etc.

 

In the international arena, he also has quite good experience, including as a participant in TOT (Training of Trainer) on Food Processing which was organized by Chiang Mai University, Thailand in collaboration with JICA Japan, which was attended by all countries in the ASEAN region, also Nepal, Pakistan and Buthan . Apart from that, he has also participated in Integrated Food Safety Management System training which was organized by the Indonesian FDA in Jakarta with participants from within and outside the country. He was also listed as a participant in the Food Star Award training organized by the Australian Government Analytical Laboratories (AGAL) in Jakarta. He is also a member of the AHC 4 (Asean Health Cluster 4) working team on Food Safety, which is the highest food safety forum in ASEAN.

 

His extensive knowledge and experience in the food sector is also supported by his formal education. In 2009 he graduated as a Masters in Food Profession (S2), IPB University Bogor.  His knowledge, experience and education make him have adequate competence in the food sector. This is also supported by extensive relationships including relations with AHC 4 ASEAN, Ministries/Government Agencies related to food, regional governments, food industry both on the MSME and large scale, food and beverage business associations, ready-to-eat food associations, retail associations, academic campus and others.
